Refund Policy

The program fee includes a non-refundable registration fee of $5 per registrant.

A full refund – less the registration fee – is extended to registrants who cancel or change their registration one month prior to the start of the program.

If Old Sturbridge Village cancels a program for any reason, registrants will receive a full refund, including the registration fee.

Studio and workshop fees are non-refundable.  However, prepaid admission tickets can be applied toward future daytime admission; just present your print-out at the Visitor Center.  (Adults applying an $14 Scout Day ticket or Home School Day ticket toward regular $28 admission will be asked to pay the difference).
