Learn to harvest a chicken from plucking to cleaning and a bit about 19th century butchering in the process. Each participant will bring home a chicken ready to cook for the holiday season, by the end of the class.
Victoria Haynes is the Program and Exhibit Manager of the Freeman Farmhouse & Sewing Program here at OSV. She has a degree in illustration, art history, and art education from Montserrat College of Art. Victoria’s talent and skill are beyond her young years.
