Learn about the shaping of iron and steel with fire and hammer! Students learn the basic techniques and operations of 19th-century blacksmithing by fashioning hooks and nails. Instructor Tim Dauphinais has smithed for more than 30 years. He has taught beginner and advance blacksmithing classes for almost as long. Advisory: Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
