Celebrate mom, grandma, and the other mother figures in your life with a traditional Afternoon Tea at Old Sturbridge Village. Ox & Yoke Café will be transformed into a simple, yet classic, atmosphere complete with linens, flowers and more. Guests can sip an assortment of teas, and taste a variety of small bites including delectable sandwiches and mini desserts.

There will be two limited seatings and reservations are required.

$50.95 Non-Member, $45.86 Member

*Prices do NOT include standard daytime admission. Standard daytime admission is not required to enter this event at the Ox & Yoke Café.

Enjoy an assortment of sandwiches and desserts made fresh in the OSV bakery with tea of your choice!

Tea Sandwiches:

  • Shrimp Béchamel- creamy and bright with herbs in a puff pastry shell
  • Cucumber Canapés- lemon basil butter, cucumber, radish on white bread (Vegetarian)
  • Frittata- Ribeye beef, egg, potato, and Gouda (GF)
  • Strawberry Goat Cheese Bruschetta- Baguette spread with a creamy goat cheese, sliced strawberries, torn fresh basil and drizzled with a Balsamic glaze (Vegetarian)
  • Mango Chutney Ham Salad on Pumpernickel bread- fine diced ham mixed with a sweet mango chutney

Scones:

  • Coconut Chocolate Chip (vegetarian)
  • Lemon Cardamom (vegetarian)
  • Caramelized Onion and Poppy (vegetarian)

Sweets:

  • Cream and fresh berries (GF and Vegetarian)
  • Traditional Eclairs— a pate au chux shell filled with fresh pastry cream and a silky chocolate ganache top (Vegetarian)
