As Far as the Eye Can See: Broadening Your Horizon in Paint

Members Only

Grab a mocktail, a drink, and an 1830s-inspired snack and join us for a beginner-level, hands-on immersion into the 1830s Romantic Movement when landscape, the sky and the atmosphere inspired master artists to capture nature’s vistas. Participants will be guided through creating a pastoral tableau based on a period example. This activity is perfect for a pair of painters: each will create an individual painting that will visually align with its neighbor in making a larger image when placed side by side.  Makes a great date night activity!
