Southwestern Bacon and Beer Cheese Soup with Bavarian Pretzel
Honey – Extra pale ale made with Massachusetts wildflower honey (4.5%)

Second Course | Salad
Rainbow Kale, Brussel Sprout, Carrots, Cabbage, Radicchio Blend topped with Sunflower Seeds, Corn Bread Crostini and Cranberry Vinaigrette
Blonde – Belgian-inspired ale made with coriander and orange peel (7%)

Braised Beef Short Rib with Demi-Glace over Smoked Gouda Polenta and Swiss Chard
