19th-Century Baking Techniques - Level 1

Try your hand at Baking a variety of 19th Century foods using a brick oven, tin baker, bake kettle and even ashes.

Instructor:
Victoria Haynes is the Program and Exhibit Manager of the Freeman Farmhouse & Sewing Program here at OSV. She has a degree in illustration, art history, and art education from Montserrat College of Art.  Victoria’s talent and skill are beyond her young years.
