Try your hand at Baking a variety of 19th Century foods using a brick oven, tin baker, bake kettle and even ashes.

Instructor:
Linda Oakley has interpreted at Old Sturbridge Village for over 30 years.  She specializes in household crafts and foodways.  Join her for an in-depth look at the history, the skills and tools necessary, and the materials used then and now.
