To reserve a visit to Old Sturbridge Village complete the online form or return the downloaded PDF form
A $50 deposit is required to reserve a visit. Faxed or online reservations require a deposit received within seven business days to reserve a program or date. This deposit is refundable only if school is cancelled or if you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your visit date.
You will receive confirmation materials with additional information prior to your visit. Upon arrival you will receive admission tickets, Village maps, and pertinent information. You will also receive assigned activity times for any registered programs.
The Education Scheduling office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
