Help us plant a ‘Field of Flags’ for military families

A favorite annual tradition at the Village is our Field of Flags -- a stirring display of flags that is perfect way to welcome visitors and boost their patriotic pride in the weeks from Memorial Day, through the Fourth of July and beyond.

Each gift of $25 will not only sponsor a flag but will also provide free OSV daytime admission to an active member of the U.S. military and his or her immediate family (spouse, parents, and children under 18) beginning Memorial Day Weekend through the end of 2012.

Our goal is to plant 5,000 American-made flags at the entrance to OSV this year. For every gift of $25, we will add one American flag to our Field of Flags, and each flag will help sponsor a trip to OSV for a military family.

Imagine 5,000 flags fluttering in the breeze at Old Sturbridge Village! What a wonderful way to celebrate our nation's birth and honor those who have sacrificed so much in the name of liberty.
