Garden Thyme is a monthly program open to all OSV Members. Held the third Saturday of each month at 10:00 am, this program will look at a variety of topics for the experienced and novice gardener.

Muster Day

Share in the excitement of a re-created early New England Muster Day, where the sounds of muskets and fifes & drums fill the air. For this event, OSV welcomes the 1812 Marine detachment from the U.S.S. Constitution in Boston.

Crafts at Close Range  $

Spend a day -- or half a day -- learning a historical craft. These workshops vary from blacksmithing to woodworking, foodways, and more. Come and try your hand at a craft and take home your finished masterpiece!

Take A Peek  $

This thematic program offers Members the chance to "take a peek" into collections storage with a Village specialist to see some of the 60,000 historical artifacts up close and learn how they serve as important references for Village exhibits, research, and programs.

The Fourth-of-July celebration continues, as Old Sturbridge Village presents an evening program complete with fireworks (separate admission). Tickets are on sale now for Members (public sale begins May 15).

This unique evening event offers families an opportunity to prepare -- and sit down to eat together -- a complete dinner by the hearth with the help of historically costumed staff.

Summer Adventures in History

Geared for children ages 3 to 5, this 45 minute story hour meets in the Visitor Center where children can listen to a story and do a related craft.
