We welcome Home School families to the Village for a unique learning experience.

Home School Days

Our themed Home School Days offer you and your children the opportunity to visit the Village and join in hands-on activities. We recommend that you allow three hours to visit the Village in addition to scheduled hands-on studios. See sidebar on right for upcoming dates. Online registration opens one month prior to each event.

Special Home School Admission Rates

Cost is $8 per child and one adult per child admitted at the $8 rate. Available most weekdays (September through June) and one Saturday a month.  See our 2013-14 Home School Calendar for details.

Hop Into History Overnight

Hands-on studio activities, storytelling, 1830s games and an evening tour will make for a very special visit. Available for home school families with children 5-17 years old.  Includes two-day admission, all overnight activities, evening snack and a continental breakfast. Registrations must be received three weeks prior to the overnight. Learn more.
