Exploration Day Camps are educational and fun. Children of all ages learn together about life in the past and how it connects to the present.
Here are descriptions of programs during April school vacation weeks:

Portals into the Past: An introduction to the origins of the classical art & architecture in the Village (Mondays, 4/12 or 19)
Native American Traditions: An introduction to customs and skills shared with European settlers (Tuesday, 4/13 or 20)
From Garden to Table: An introduction to "sustainable agriculture" in the 1830s (Wednesdays, 4/14 or 21)
The Changing Landscape: An introduction to the evolution of the land and its inhabitants (Thursdays, 4/15 or 22)
Kitchen Chemistry: The hows, whys, and what-nots behind what happens in the kitchen (Fridays, 4/16 or 23)
