Collection of Old Sturburidge Village, 5.38.9

This exhibit on display in the Visitor Center through early September features rarely-seen pieces of early Massachusetts furniture from the OSV collection and on loan from private collectors, and spotlights work by previously overlooked but now famous Massachusetts rural cabinet makers and artisan-farmers like Solomon Sibley of Ward (now Auburn), Nathan Lombard of Sutton, Alden Spooner and George Fitts of Athol, and William Lloyd of Springfield.
