Join an Orchard Walk with OSV historian Christie Higginbottom (Sunday at 11; included with admission) and learn about principles of apple tree propagation. Watch demonstrations at the Cider Mill (grinding apples by ox-power on Saturday; pressing cider on Sunday) and take a turn at the hand-powered apple grinder (above left); participate in some apple-themed crafts at the Hands-On Crafts Center (extra fee).
