On this weekend, the potters fire their wares in an authentic wood-fired kiln. During the week prior, potters will be loading the kiln with "green" pottery, stoking the fire for a day or two until it reaches 1800 degrees Farenheit (ask the potters what happens at this magical temperature), then unloading it a couple days later after everything has cooled down.
Back by popular demand: Spend an
Evening at the Kiln at the fire's peak and experience what the potters have seen for years.
